🚚 1. Do you offer free delivery?
Yes! We offer free delivery on all orders — no minimum spend, no hidden charges.
⏱️ 2. How long does delivery take?
Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking update once your order has been dispatched.
📦 3. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a confirmation email or WhatsApp message with a tracking link. If you haven’t received it, contact us and we’ll assist you right away.
🔁 4. Can I return a product?
Yes. We accept returns within 7 days of delivery as long as the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Please review our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
💰 5. How will I get my refund?
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. For non-prepaid orders, refunds may be provided as store credit or replacement.
